[Premium] Sleek Blue

Sleek Blue was the second theme to hit CustoMyBB. It has now been made available for Public Release.

This theme is a light blue theme with flowing blues to make a vibrant looking theme.

This theme was created by Scoutie44. However, it was sold to me along with CustoMyBB itself and I have redistribution rights. I have also made slight changes for Public use.
